Low end current of 50 amps is far too high for panel work etc.. This value needs to be as low as possible (25-30 amps). If it is panel work / body work you are looking at this is important. If it is general fabrication using larger gauge steel the high end value is important which this one would meet this need. You also need to look at the duty cycle.

22 amp single phase plug not included don't know what that means? Does that mean you need a 35 amp socket outlet to plug it into?
looks to be more for aluminium (the only machines I've done good alli welds with where 3 phase not that I'm into alli or much heavy stuff).
Where would you ever find parts for it, as stated all ready it don't go low enough for panel steel.
The lincoln 180c will weld close to a metre on the high setting before it goes out on duty cycle.
