Overlayed the upper panel on top of the guard that i'm going to fit it too and the alignment was perfect, every curve looks to be spot on.

Yeh mate, his floor pans are 50 odd bucks compared to Rares 70 odd. Still waiting for a reply from them with postage costs, they say they'll get back to me shortly

we have just completed fitting Rare Spare floor pans into FB ute and was gladly surprised with the quality of fit, all swages lined up nicely and if any complaint can come forth is that they make them too small, need more to go up firewall area. Fitted the front end pieces (where the front end mount to the top hat / sills)also but split them open and fitted them with reinforcing plates inside them to allow me to stagger the cutting positions and weld fully without any concerns to a ground weld further down the track. Cut out inner sills and refabricated them in 2mm zintec steel for strength and am racing around my home town, Invercargill New Zealand to track down an original vehicle to template off the sill panel to fabricate new ones. The owner supplied "New" sills purchased from somewhere aussie and your country is "closer" to "fitting" than the supplied sills. When we get further down the track i'll post some images of our handiwork
