Hi,
Without going into a detailed quote, he's getting the rust repaired to road worthy. This means replacing the floors and repairing rust around door sills, bottom of doors, bubble rust around lights. Quote is between $3-4 k depending on how much we find.
If you're offering a better quote I'm all ears.

What has been getting my attention of late on this and other forums is the missuse of the "R" word
