WOW...that Toyota donk is huge!!!
That'll certainly fill the engine bay! This thing will go like the clappers!!
It is like putting a V8 in a box trailer..the power to weight ratio is going to be awesome!!  8) 8) 8)

yea it was a bit of a squeeze , it's roughly 700mmx700mm . the 1uzfe toyota V8 are a pretty nice engine , 6 bolt mains ,4 cams , 32 valves etc and all pretty lightweight . it's amazing you can get an engine from a $160.000 car for 1500 bucks ! they are getting used more and more now especially in the Hilux utes so theres quite a few people around that are up with the wiring which is very complicated , that's the next big step.

Just sent a mate an email , he is a guru with these motors , he set up the one in our Hilux - will let you know when he gets back to me.
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

thanks Blacky much appreciated , here is some details of the engine ,computer etc . It's a 1991 Toyota celsior (LS400) UCF11 1UZFE V8 connected to a 30-41LE auto transmission , the ECU is 89661-50102 26p/16p/22p/26p . How is it over west at the moment , seriously considering looking for a job over there , things not to good here at the moment.

Well done so far Amigo !

Only thing - any chance of getting rid of the Toyo logo on the manifold ?

From the look of things so far you goes are really on top of things and I doubt the wiring will stop you - and yeah - that tunnel almost looks like a factory job.

I like to watch
