Sorry to startle you Trev. Its not (quite) a resto so going the clean 'Standard' look, not the''original' look... IT'S PERSONAL!!8) .Trev wrote:Alrighty then!!!!southcoastkustom wrote:NO WAY!!!Trev wrote:Very cool van, are you going to black out behind the grill sides?

Every custom car is personal, I'll get over it .southcoastkustom wrote:Sorry to startle you Trev. Its not (quite) a resto so going the clean 'Standard' look, not the''original' look... IT'S PERSONAL!!8) .
I painted my grill black recently - big improvement over the yellow. Makes the car look lower and wider.Trev wrote:Every custom car is personal, I'll get over it .southcoastkustom wrote:Sorry to startle you Trev. Sorry DR, by Standard, I meant not 'Special'' (painted taillight/ headlight surrounds etc...Devilrod wrote:Didn't realise there was a difference in the look...southcoastkustom wrote: Sorry to startle you Trev. I'd have said more mild/custom classic would be the look it has.
Mine was white originally behind the grille, but with a black radiator and it looked kinda funny. The black highlights the grille better.
Either way its looking awesome.
