I got my kit from
http://www.earlyholdenparts.com.au and the guys name is Roger. they guy seems a pretty decent fella, as I had to phone him up for a coupe of little dramas which I had and he was very helpfull. as for the kit I find it hard to fully recommend, as the kit is not a part for part kit, and a couple of the parts simply do not fit.
I had the kit sitting on my shelf for a while and if I knew what I do now and if I had the time I would do some research, a quick search found

The main reason for my rebuild was mostly due I want to run the vacuum wipers and would like to give them every chance they have, so fingers crossed

Thanks Thomo, a very interesting web site that Chevs of the 40's.

Cleaned up the rubbers for the tail lights and have given them a good soaking, would be nice to get some new ones.
I have had my rear lights re chromed, so the lower and upper pieces have been split, ( indicator from the brake light housing), Have other members used rivets to reconnect or nuts and bolts?

Thomo.

Front bumper on, it was a bit of a pain in the ass putting the corner bolt in.

The front bumper took most of the day, so I spent the last of it cleaning glass and door mechanisms ready for install, I find myself going from job to job, but I cant help it, I see something laying there and think I can clean that, or prep that for paint, then by the end of the week I have shit laying every where. the next build I am going to be better organized.
