Strip it down to a bare shell. If you dont have any way of transporting it the leave the front and rear end in. Dismantle it at the blasters and unblot it all there. After its blasted just bolt it back together to roll around again.
Id be paint stripping the whole outside of the car by hand and just get the door jambs floors etc blasted.
They can just dust over the body.
Ive had three car which other people have done with panels all warped from blasting especially the roof and bonnet.
Ive found an awsome blaster up here near me. He charged me $1200 to do my eh van and didnt wreck a thing.
I use him for everything now.

has he got experience blasting cars ? I would be more worried about if he knows what he is doing rather than what he is going to do it with .............

Hi Jarvo,
As what Bootlegger said above...I'm one of the three...
My wagon was bead blasted to get rid of the paint and then spot blasted with garnet to get rid of the surface rust. I had a lot of rust.
It was done by a reputable place in Sydney and came back with 2 big whoofs in the roof and one in the bonnet.
If I had my time again I would use paint stripper etc on the big flat panels myself - roof, bonnet and dorrs skins, maybe rear quarters and then get everything else blasted.

Yeah... I think i will do the roof and quarters by hand, i will then get the rest done by someone that uses garnet or walnut to be sure. I will get them to spray after with etch primer. will keep everyone posted and thanks all for your responses, it has been very helpful
Cheers
Jarvo

For ease of moving alone I'd keep it as a roller. Should make it easier at the blasters too.

You could fabricate a tow hitch to attach to the body where the subframe attaches to it. Then you can tow it there and get the shell and subframe done separately. I know someone on this forum who did that, so I'll hasten to add it isn't my own idea. For legal reasons I won't name names.

Looks fine to me and I'm a friend of a bloke that knows a guy who bought a dog off a bloke that knows a postman that delivers mail to a chick that once dated a cop.

Geez Trev. I didn't name names for a reason. Don't you know what they do to people who fabricate bogus trailers from car shells in prison?
