Spigot bushing.....

Not too sure if I spelled it right but how do the educated replace the spigot bushing on a red crank, more so how do you put the new one in without stuffing it. All suggestions will be appericated.
And yes I stuffed the first one :cry: :wink: .

Stick it in the freezer for a day :wink: then tap it in with a socket.
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

Thanks Blacky, I knew someone would know an eaiser way to do it. Just spent 2 day on and off trying to get the box in only to find out that the bearing is not right :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :wink:
