windscreen rubbers

anybody got any experience with who to buy your screen rubbers from in NSW ?

apparently Rares is the place to go. Spectrum Rubber and Panels in Dunheved does them, but according to some forum members they're not as good as the Rare Spares ones.

I always presumed Rares and Spectrum used the same supplier.

me too, but a few weeks ago i was asking about rear windscreen installation and who can do it affordably. Can't quite remember who, but someone put me onto a bloke who reckons the trick to getting a good fit is to get a brand new rubber from Rares and not Spectrum

i too was under the same usumption till my boot rubber episode spectrum good

rares bad

so i think before you buy it's good to get others advice/experiance
