black (it'd have to be acrylic) keep all the chrome except the bonnet letters, 13 inch fronts 14 inch rears and high profile tires (maybe not BFG's im sure they're quite expensive :()

I like it. Sort of reminds me of the Bob Falfas 55 Chev in American Grafitti.

I'd rather drive something made of metal, not plastic!

You are going to cook in that during the summer !!!

Black is one of the most unforgiving colours for body issues and yes, of course you can use my compressor, lol !

there we go dad, 3 against 1 :D black it is.
ill gladly sacrifice being uncomfortable for a good looking car :D
gaz, i'll see how it goes with chrome-deciding what bits to keep etc. i just think it would look neater without the bonnet ones, but leaving the boot ones and maybe get rid of the boot lock and do something about the filler

Check this link out Jimmy. http://www.fbekholden.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8846

You can play around with rim sizes, tyre sizes and profiles etc..... it shows the diference in rolling diameter, profiles etc, very handy. For example my car runs 15" 60 profile on the front and 15" 50 profile on the rear, but because the 50 profile rear tyres are so much wider they are actually still larger in diameter than the 60 profile on the front.

Hope it helps.
