soda blasting

I am thinking of being cooler as it gets quite hot here. Also, it was in desperate need of repaint and interior was unsaveable. I think I will go a pearly pink main colour with a deeper pink pearl insert. I am studying colours and colour schemes now to make the final decision.
Remember, I have kids and it's a daily driver! So I need to be careful what I choose. Black carpet and seats will be practical and good for everyday wear.

Well you're on your way now caz - well done! It can get hot in Ballina for sure. I used to spend a few weeks thru January on a farm at Tintenbar and it got pretty warm.

Originally it had the coral roof but I thought it had too much coral :D , so white it is, Trev 8) .

Today I have visited the upholsterer....what a top guy! I have decided to have my beauty....main colour....white pearl with a hint of pink...insert metallic grey....interior paint metallic grey....and upholstery, a quartz grey carpet with a gorgeous grey colour seats etc: he even sewed a sample of how the seats will look! What a legend, he is so talented!
I'm so glad I went to talk to him before settling on paint colour.
Now to find the exact match in colour to give the spray painter! That's the hard part. Anyone know where to colour match with pics so I can give him a code.

Oh wow! Car is painted and looks great! Just trying to find the posts RE: trimatic conversion....the CRS tunnel has been put in, but not sure what was said about fixing up the crossmember? Anyone know if you can buy a crossmember and fit it? Remember, I am in NSW and the car will be rego'd as a daily driver, so it may need engineers cert! I had a look at one post with pics, but that might pass in Vic, but I don't think so in NSW. Also, I'm looking at getting a B&M Quiksilver Shifter, anyone put one of these on? Please tell me it's not too difficult to do...!
One more hurdle to overcome.....!!!
