Depends on the grille, the overiders might kill it.

Ill let you in on my way of thinking , I like to keep my ideas and when I feel they are nailing what I am trying to acheive I try not to share :D
If I know what Im trying to achieve and cant decide Ill share it for you guys to have some input , Kinda looking from the point of veiw that in the end we all had a part in building this
And then when theres no input geez it drives me up the wall  so please input no matter who you are 8)

The bumper could be made to look good Harko.
Check out some of the pics of the Victorian Hot Rod Show,
in particular, The two Cusso's (Pics 5&6.)
they have a very similar bumper to yours on a similar shaped car to yours.

Also check out the 57Chev with the dagmars removed (pic 4)
That could look good too.

Keep up the good work

Cheers

Yep can see why, makes it look boxy....

Mmmm will think some more, but I'd steer away a bit from chevy stuff as you said it yourself, might give the wrong impression.

Thanks for the feedback.

Hey while we are on the topic of bumpers ,Has anyone heard that welding with a mig causes oxygen bubbles when the bars have been chromed .

And in the back of my head Ive heard a mate say he had some bits dye cast for his Austin  So maybe I can come up with something from scratch with the grille surround , blinkers ets

Oh and the celica bar/bars ,are they this model ?
