Craig,

If you haven't got a puller...................

Heat her up with oxy/acetylene and hit her with a hammer.

If that don't work, try the same procedure on the "pitman arm"

Seriously,

I haven't got a steering arm puller either.

I just heat with oxy and tap it off with a length of solid bar hit from a hammer from inside the engine bay and they come off easy.Engineers say its naughty to heat steering components but I've done it for years this way, no probs.

Usually the heat stuffs the steering box oil seal but an aftermarket one can be obtained as I did the same procedure on my car a few months back.

Can give you the oil seal number if required, any bearing place should be able to get it.
I can't think what to write here so this will do.

In my 4 wheel days I saw a few oxy dropped pitman arms so it makes that look delicate

Craig, I have a puller. Not sure if it's specailly for the pitman arm. but it worked.

I gave up on using it when I couldn't get the arm to budge.

However when I moved the wheels it fell off, so must have done something. :D :D
