Your interior pic looks top notch love the black upholstery with the red dash. Nice custom door trims too

New tyres can make the edge of your white wall flappers go brown as the oil comes out of new tyres. A bit of elbow grease and Jif will keep the brown stains out. Best look for a FB EK I think wide whites

yeh i know thats why i got (new) second hand tyres

they look 100% better then the other whitewalls i had on!

FINALLY the spats are fitted!

and they do look pretty trick if i do say so myself!

took it for a drive out to brighton le sands then into city.. and then this happened.

over heated. blew a hole in the radiator

and have possibly blown the gearbox too.

but at least it looked good.. on george st, in peak hour

so yep i think i might just not bother with this and just go straight to fitting a 308. will get someone to check out the box tomorrow and see where to go from there.

mmm, the old girls always pick the best time to fail. Oh well even on the tilt tray she looks pretty cool. You need a ventian blind now and some proper ek hubcaps no those inferior fe/fc ones i see.

Dont be upset with the break down, i know someone who had a car that made the same grand exit at a club run some months ago.

When shes crusin again let us know and we will orgainse a run.

Your pug looks like a pup still ? How old ?

Missus and I have a 4yrd old female and a 4month old Male.

Sorry for the blurring , hard to get them to sit still together.

Ohh nice car too by the way the prior owner lived local to me.

We got my son a dog for christmas after I eventualy gave in my last words were as long as it is small so we got an Irish wolf hound

hey Mephious, she's nearly 6 months now! Still a little terror too

Retro, to be honest I'm not upset at all. It just means bigger and better things lol. I was even thinking a supercharged 202... but thats just a thought

Hi Bex,
to me, spats work for your car - sad to hear you didn't get much of a chance to show them off...................

I would be the first to admit - I know nothing of auto's, but..................

is it possible your radiator fault has caused the auto to loose transmission pressure........... perhaps the auto was the cause for the radiator to "blow'?

You are the one who has to make decisions, but don't be afraid to throw any proposals up here for suggestions - I don't believer there would be many situations left where someone on here has little knowledge...........

the gearbox gets a little tempramental as the temp goes up.. and we noticed that instead of the fluid running thru the cooler in the bottom of the radiator, it had been looped back into itself.. therefor not being cooled at all

some idiot pulled out in front of me, had to hit the brakes, and as soon as i went to accelerate.. it was just a *vrooooooooooooooooooooooooooom...........................BANG!* people in the city actually ducked for cover lol

ive been thinking all day and have spoken to a few people and have decided i will stick with the 6cyl but put in a 202 and ditch the 186s. will keep it auto too.

and Cherrybomb is always jealous!!! its amazing how she fights for my attention when we have people over lol oh and she loves riding in the EK too
