I bought a 1 tonner years ago , when I checked it out prior to purchase I lifted the carpets up to check the floors out, they looked fine - months later I had the thing on a hoist and the floors were rotten - turns out someone had bought 2 new floorpans and just sat them on top of the original floors - the only thing holding them in was gravity

What a horrible fiddly prick of a job this is …….

Had to remake the drip rail using a thin sliver of the original as I can’t press the shape with the gear I have here - it has taken all afternoon to make a piece of steel 240mm x 35 mm ImageImageImageImage

Got there - had a few goes at getting the first crease right with the bead roller
Image

Then folded the rain gutter pressing
Image

Trimmed to size then got the roll over to the roof sorted
Image

Cheated and made it lap under the turret skin and glued it in - bog will fix the rest of it
