On the van I plan to use flat sheet and stitch to inner sill to make up the diagonal, leaving drainage outlets front, centre and rear.

Thanks Clay: going from top of inner to bottom of inner sill so angle is just the outside top lip to bottom of inner? I'm not clear where it goes. What material: flat or ribbed?

Flat 18# zincaneal sheet. Just forming a triangular box that doesn’t interfere with the outer sill.

Technical question: Are there any differences between an FC ute shell and an EK ute shell? If so what are they?

Firewall, A pillars, turret and B pillars are all different, from rear cab wall back I think they are the same.
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

Same floor pan from firewall seam south. With the sole exception of the one EK Hydramatic utility produced. FB commercial on had the full length triangulated inner sill, whereas FC only had the b-pillar brace as per sedan and wagon.

Don't forget the 2" wide rear springs on FE-FC vs. 2-1/4" on FB-EK.

Thanks Rob. Swap over the forward hangers or maybe swap over the rails? Guess it depends on rust or damage to rails. Rear hangers may still work with washers if its only 1/4 inch? That's only an 1/8 each side of rubber....

Thanks Neil. Is the rear glass difference related to the turret shape or the bottom shape?
