Wanted: set of grey motor lifters

I'm getting closer to having my Norman-blown, meth fed grey motor project screwed together. Unfortunately, I am short a set of lifters.

I had a good working spare set, but gave them away a few months back to get a bloke out of trouble during his engine rebuild.

I had one more spare set in a seized motor, which I pulled out last weekend. Sadly, they are in too rough a shape to use.

If anyone has a spare set of lifters, please let me know. Happy to pay for the parts, and for postage.

how did ya go with getting setup with lifters ....I may have some here would have see if they be ok ...let me know mate

I haven’t got around to hoiking out the ones I promised you yet Harv but still intend to do so when time permits. If you are able to lay your hands on some in the mean time by all means do so.

Yep, still need lifters please.

Out of all the dead grey motors I pulled apart searching for a crank, not one had a set of serviceable lifters. I've got a few mismatched ones that are useable - happy to buy either a full set or part thereof.

Finally as promised

I have eight for you that look serviceable with perhaps a slight reface.
These are from a virgin bore B series I got from a neighbor thanks to a lead from Stephen in the shed. I’ll send them off during the week. The other four had the protruding part of the skirt broken, probably by the bent pushrods that came with the motor.
