Harv that’d be great. I’ll pm you his number.Harv wrote:Nah, haven't heard of JMS. Looks like he runs a small engine mobile mechanic service out of Colyton (about 10km west) and lives near me in Greystanes. If you need anything picked up from him, give me a yell (should be home this weekend).Errol62 wrote: Sun Dec 16, 2018 8:14 pmLooks like I might be on to a set of 186S headers. Started fitting rubber grommets. Steering wheel requires honey
pot removal which then allows column withdrawal. Or I could cut the rubber and install with column in-situ. Yes lazy. Seal is worth $20. Thinking.
Bought these for the van
One down, three to go.
Just need to unbolt the top and lean the front forward slightly so I can hopefully get mastic in the sandwich.

Ihad to fit three shims to the rear mounting point.

Almost needs a fourth. Centred the box and fitted up the pitman arm but it looks like the draglink assembly may have to come off to sort a clearence issue.
Weld up the spotty holes in the roof.
I will weld in a patch while it is bolted up to the car so it doesn’t go out of shape.
This one no exception.
