Interior Light

Post by paperboy »

Hi,
I've finally replaced my non working interior light that wasn't wired up with a new one, now I don't know where the wires connect to, do I have to solder them on? Anyone have any pictures?
Many thanks
Geoff

Male bullet head connector orange wire from memory, fits in to tubular section of globe holder. Inside roof brace to door top, forward and down inside windscreen pillar to fuse block. Common fuse with horn and stop lights so it always has power. Switch to earth. White wires connect to earth side of globe holder before switch and go to door switches via same path as orange power wire. So earth is obtained either via the switch on the light fitting or via door open switch on specials.
