I have an fe fc sedan tank (shorter filler neck I think?), pretty straight with a few holes in the top.
Would need a POR15 tank reco kit put through it, it's pretty crusty inside.
If you interested send me a pm.

I don't know the fitment very well, but it sounds like your tank fits OK, just that the filler neck is not quite long enough to protrude past the body? If this is the case, one way around it is to buy a short length of rubber hose, and two clamps. Cut the filler neck off (careful now, that things got fuel in it!) and use the rubber hose to extend it 0-8".

I know it sounds dodgy, but this is the exact method used to mount the filler necks on the aftermarket stainless steel tanks. Mine seals really well. The rubber hose is proper fuel-rated stuff, not a length of dodgy heater hose. Marty Dean should be able to help you out with the hose (M&C Dean Fabrication Pty Ltd, 23-27 Gazelle Court Greenbank, Queensland 4124 Phone: 0421060996).

Cheers,

Any good auto parts store should be able to supply the hose - Armadale Auto Parts over here sell it in 100mm increments.
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.
