As for comfortable driving position, I reckon that's what kills most projects. People never take the time to get that right and knowing you Trev you will drive the wheels off of it!

Trev, A Rodeo bucket bench will give you about a 2 inch drop and the back flips forward for easy access to the back. Will bolt up to stock holes at the back Front holes are about 1/2 inch out but no slip in bracket. I had one in my Van.
