Looks like yella terra has just released roller rockers for the grey motor

No price on the website yet but apparently are $1760 for a set

Doubtful.

It depends a bit on what (lift) ratio Yella Terra are offering. If the ratio is bigger than the factory 1.5:1, then the valves will open a bit more and the head will flow better... presuming you don't get too greedy on lift and smack the valves into the piston face.

More of a benefit for motors that get the guts wrung out of them... maybe worth 5-10 or so HP due to increased valve train stability at the top end.
