WANTED - Driver's Door Glass & Scuff Plates

I am looking for a driver's door glass for my FB Sedan. Also, I know it's a long shot, but if anyone has any scuff plates for the FB would be great. I was told about a Mr Crupi who makes them, but don't know where he is. Can anyone tell me how to contact him? Cheers.

Under general advise section it's a sticky about 4 down called "suppliers" or something like that, you will find Sam Crupi in there.
