I had rare parts in Welshpool make up my door rubbers - just told them how much longer the doors were and they made them to suit. Best part is the doors shut nice once they are on .... Had scuff plates made by Joe Crupi , same thing.
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

I used some generic Bailey channel from Clark rubber, I took an old one in with me and got the profile that was closest. Works well.

As for doors I have a sample piece here that is like the letter D when you look at the end which is also self adhering. Was thinking of trying it for the inners it's about $2 a metre. My dad used it on his xl wagon and it worked well. Can't remember exactly where he got it though.... was somewhere in Dandenong.
Speed and Style........... One day I'll get the speed bit.

thanks i was kinda looking at the cheap ass version blacky  a guy sells a rubber on ebay that he lists as door and boot seal for FB/EK sells it by the meter or in 5 meter length
actually saw that D shaped stuff on ebay DR i was more thinking for the outer rubber as the inner i was already thinking either the D shaped stuff or you can get a rubber attached to pinchweld, and same listed on ebay is bailey channel says to suit all sorts of holdens might see if he can send me a sample as i said i don't want the puffy looking one i've seen

Theres a mob over here called Industrial Rubber Supplies - http://www.indrub.com.au/ - they do heaps of different profiles, theres bound to be something similar over on your end of the paddock ???
