You can, though the bolt-on twin pulley will sit out much further forward than the original grey harmonic single groove. This means that whichever of the twin grooves you choose to use will not line up with the water pump and gen... you would need to move both waterpump and gen forward too.

I'm guessing that Nev wants both grooves to run the a/c compressor though, as the single 11A belt is a little wimpy for the task (not massively undersized, but most v-belt A/C's run a 13A belt). Two 11A's would be stronger.
