thank god the council didn't rock up..or my neighbour pop me in the temple.
painting it has made me get a bit historical ,it was a new car, people would have gathered to have a look,
I hope she feels loved again, just like a new one,she wasn't loved when I found her,she will be loved again
Im tearing up ,honestly,$*#@ I wish I lived in them times.

we are saviours.and deserve a medal
if I paint the base ,then put flakes on the top,,sparkly
question,if I keep putting flakes on ,thinnish will they sink into the base
and render all my top coats a waste of time?

Nice custom paint on a custom car Jase.
I love the amount of thought put into this car. Can't wait to see it in the flesh one day!
Makes me all the more determined to get stuck into the next body for my chariot!

Mick what I mean is say you have a blue base coat
Then put silver flake over the top wet , like tiny flakes will some sink into the blue
As it melts the base some might sink into it and have no colour
Will the flake get lost in the base colour is basically what I'm saying
Mick jaggers lips on my knob
Mmmmmmmmmmm
Hood/ roof linings suck
Trying to install a cheap eBay knockoff as I type

nah if anything you should see it more on the blue than you can on the white the darker the base the more the flake stands out

I do a light dusting of flake in the bottom clear coats, over the top of the colour. It gives the base colour a bit of pop and shape..did this on Rustydunger's custom EK sedans roof, sunvisor & dash..and that's over white with pearl indigo mixed in.
