My EK project
Re: My EK project
Jas, I was at Barsby's in Maryborough last week and they had a couple of FJ grill bars. Not perfect but would suit your application.
Give them a call 41223855

Re: My EK project
Jas,
I used a small wire rope under the car that was bolted to the body then onto the side of the gearbox. It was flexible enough to let the engine move around but strong enough to stop the motor moving foward when braking.
Regards Greg

Jase.
That car is shaping up well mate ('cept the Cortina grill, sorry)
The sweep down the side is the business - not sure I like the front guard ones though as it looks too busy. Leave the FB top trim along the doors and top of fin std with C pillar panel. It will look balanced and not over the top.

Re: My EK project
The trim on the quarter would look better if it went along the quarter further back from the wheel arch.
Re: My EK project
Hey I just noticed some really ugly marks in the bumper and over rider
You will have pull it off the car and polish it some more then have a real close look
If the ugly marks are still there I would suggest painting the bar silver
Really like what u have done with the side trim
