Getting close to our departure on our little trip. Can anyone tell me where the best place to buy brake shoes for the EK?

Re: Brake shoes
Nick,
Not the closest to you but their work is good and they do postage. Might be worth a look?

Re: Brake shoes
Could always try repco. I know the warehouse here in vic has HR stuff readily available so they may have some shoes. You never know your luck..
Speed and Style........... One day I'll get the speed bit.

Re: Brake shoes
Seems they are more available then I first thought even Supercheap can supply Bendix shoes.
looking to fit a brake booster even though it wont improve the braking it will lesson the effort. Did a couple of hundred kays on Sat through some twisty tassie roads and right leg got a work out but the hydromatic was very drivable and shifted real well up and down the twisties. Fingers crossed it will do that for the whole trip!
Has anyone used the Chinese boosters?
