Love this photo.
The guy was probably a blue collar worker, though still took pride in how he dressed for work. Today people turn up for work in pyjama's
My old man used to have one of those bags

When I was an apprentice in Sydney all the older blokes would turn up for work in their suits, then get changed into overalls for work and back into the suit for the trip home !
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

Yep, I remember going into the city 35 odd years back as a kid and everyone would be dressed in their "Sunday best". Now they dress like yobbo's with half their arse hanging out.
Fark I'm getting old.

I was on a minesite years ago and the rescue johnnies had an EK wagon they were going to burn , I asked them if I could grab a few bits off it before they chopped the roof off and burnt it - the bloke said "take what ya like mate" so I stripped it bare apart from the subframe and front end !!! Woulda taken that too but ran out of room in the ute ................
