I have a quick question has anyone had problems fitting a bill thompson front screen rubber the mouldings dont seem to fit properly in the chanel on the corners as if the rubber is to small, has anyone had this problem have tried to fit a few times now and am ready to launch the screen and rubber down the driveway. Any advice would be awsome cheers

I used one of his rubbers on the red ek wagon I built and yeah had to put it in and out about 3 times but got it to fit nicely in the end
as you can see
all I can say is make sure all your strips are straight and have no little bends or dents
in the channel part where the rubber sits I had to use a couple of different strip pieces
before I got it to fit reasonably well also watched this video
