Yeah DR I was thinking that'd be the case. They'll be getting stored away for sure.

Mate if one of the ID plates is in reasonable nick from one of the utes I could probably do with one as the guy also has now told me that the shell is missing it's and he does not know if it is in one of the boxes, willing to pay just PM me mate.

Nah I don't Neil, not yet! :D Leg room is an issue for me in the older utes anyway, even in the HZ I struggled to stretch me legs out. But I wouldn't wanna rule anything out completely! Haha

Neil,
there's a section called "other cars of interest" - you can pop up as many pix of your FC in there - no problems.

Thanks Rosco when I figure out how to add photos I will put some up of the FC I have the same problem on the FE FC Forum it is always difficult. I have added an avatar showing the EK Ute shell I have bought and my obvious starting point.

upload them to Photobucket - then copy/paste to your thread - that's how I do it... until I find something better/easier..

G'day guys, back from a few weeks off down on the coast. Pretty happy with how the FB went! Also met a mate of an old mate who tuned the old grey up a little to get it runnin real smooth AND gave me a spare wheel too! Not to mention that everywhere I drove it people stopped to look twice, smiled, waved and gave compliments, old and young, they all appreciated it.

So as u know, I've decided on keeping this old girl original, (which I'm sure excites a lot of u) So I'm hoping you guys may be able to help me out in finding the original door trims to replace those funky replacements that are on there now.

The trim code is "329-886" which from what I found on a thread on trim codes is "Amulet & Scarab Green with Stardust Grey Bolsters".

Also what is used to hold on the badges/stars etc that have the pins that poke through the panel? Do they use some type of clip? One of the stars on the front guard was hangin right out, nearly falling off, so I pulled it out to find 2 straight pins and nothin on the backs of them..?

Any help would be much appreciated! :)

Cheers,
Tyson
