Probably better going the $300 Strata manifolds on Gumtree and buying a new turbo & carby anyway.

Depending how much you want to spend, Mike Vine will put together an entire system for you with:

Manifolds
Decomp Plate, head gaskets & extended pushrods
Water injection kit
Throttle & choke cables
Fuel supply kit
Garrett external wastegate kit
2 1/2 inch exhaust (to under the floor)
Carburettor mount kit
Turbo modded 1 3/4 Stromberg carb
Air filter kit
Oil cooler kit

All new, and all for 5K. You won't find most of this stuff included in 2nd hand 'complete systems'. I was seriously going to go this way until I decided to work on a grey instead.
