Tail lights

Hi guys can someone tell me on the tail lights (EK) down the bottom there is 4 holes where it looks like a rubber goes on and in between the left and right tail lights on the body there is some small holes looks like something goes on there as well any help welcomed cheers goat

There for attaching the dust protectors, the holes across the rear beaver panel are for the same but there should be a metal bar for the screws to go in on top of the rubber.
Origionally they were push in rubber plugs but unobtainable now...I just cut to fit and nut and bolted them.
