Parts request for W.A. FB/EK'rs

Post by rickbantam »

Hi guys/girls,

Just throwing a few requests out here for any of the FB/EK gang in W.A. for a few parts for my EK ute have tried a few wreckers in Perth (many thx to Tony from Olden Holden for his help so far) but have run out of places to try to get stuff for the beast. Essentially what I would like is the rear bumperettes with brackets L and R (not too fussed as to condition as long as not really rooted) as I'm currently running an FC sedan rear bumper which restricts access to spare wheel door (willing to trade this as a sweetener!) ,one of the tailgate stay brackets (that attach to the body of the ute, have one already need another) and lastly the horn assembly bracket which attaches to the bonnet catch near the radiator. If anyone could help I would love it, not fussed where it is in Perth or surrounding areas will travel with cash!! Drop us a line

Blacky, I feel ripped off by the EKmart out your way...
i bought a door of ya from your Kal wagon to practice a bit of panel beating and welding up rust patches etc on it....and it doesnt have a single dent or spot of rust!!! i stripped the paint and the spot or two of rust at the paint crack and it was just surface...came off with the paint removing scourer!!! the only practice i'm gonna get to do is colour matching and panel allignment. even the bloody baileys channels are complete and reusable. i'm gonna need a refund mate :laughinggg: :laughinggg: :laughinggg:

Iif the other doors are the same, I may need to visit you again! Whole lot easier than repairing rust in my already reskinned doors!
