Was a GREAT weekend
Stayed overnight in Yanchep and back home this morning.
Monday was a bit warm........had to pull over and get some water out of the van to get the Air Conditioner going for the daughter
A BIG thank you to Gary and all the guys an gals from the FE/FC Club for making us feel welcome.........a great bunch of people.
Well done to Brad for his prize at the show.
All the best.........Bob, Helen & Grace.
P.S. I did take a couple of photo's, if everyone is cool with it, I could post a couple up

Re: MID WEST SHOW AND SHINE
finally got to meet some of the crew,
As much as I was feeling as sharp as a billiard ball after the footy on Saturday, it was great to catch up with Bob and a couple of folks from the FE/FC Club.
Sorry Gary, was hoping to catch up with you in Dongara Monday, however not a lot of people seemed to hang around.
I'll catchup next time - hopefully I will be driving my van rather than the Hilux.
I also have a few pics if anyone is interested. - loved the chopped HR ute
Hope everyone has a cracker BATHURST weekend.
Mark

Hey there Mark
Sorry I missed you...had a great trip up and had a great couple of nights in Geraldton..All the cars and caravans had a quiet trip up but a couple started playing up as we headed to Dongara so we kept going
One got back to Bunbury ok but the red FE Ute played up and finally did a coil...but we got it home ok in the end
One of our blokes got the longest distance award..coming from Bridgetown in the green and white FC sedan...
Great weekend with a great bunch of people
Good to meet you Bob and family ...however you must have missed this...A nice FB Special with mint upholstery and running on crossplys
Couldnt find the owner
The HR chopped ute
Another great HR
Ist place in the burnout comp
Cant understand why he got a canary....
Second place in the burnout
Third place

Re: MID WEST SHOW AND SHINE
Cheers for the pics Gary
I DID miss that FB sedan...........probably because it was hidden away behind those English Cars parked on the bank!
I did see them, but my distaste of most things British Automotive(but yes, there were a couple of '30's Chevs there)had me venture no further
Good to see you all made it home safe (just!) and thank you again for your hospitality.
Thoroughly enjoyable weekend.
Dunno why.....pretty standard Gemini I thought, no sense of humour I guess
