Gearbox tunnel

Post by fb4655 »

Hello again, my son and I are starting a an EK sedan for him (my FB gets put back again) and he wants to put a 186 with a 4 or 5 speed into replace the old three speed, I have looked all over for a thread with pics for this conversion and would like to know the correct way to do it. Either a CRS tunnel or make our own, idealy I would like some pics of some being done etc.
Thanks
Dan

Use the CRS/Waddingtons one, I did and it will allow factory auto carpet to be used with a little work. I don't have many pics of fitting but heres a couple, we trimmed a little off the front and the the rear to get it in and made a new brace for underneath.
