I know it would appear that way, after the treatment it has had over the past THIRTY YEARS and the weather it copped with past owners.
Most pulled down projects negate the mileage.
On close inspection, It had done very little miles .... specially when one inspects the original engine and gear box I purchased five years earlier.

Thanks Tim, I agree. It is very hard to tell these days and this car is not valued for it's low mileage. It would make a great car if someone finishes her.

you were gunna drop $4,000 without the trim so that makes the rest of the car free now, i'll take it, and you can keep the motor, gearbox, front doors aswell
