My sincere apologies to Paul, Smooth Customs for publically venting my frustrations on this forum. Paul stated in a pm that he hadn't seen my previous pm until after my rant. And me being annoyed at no reply, had jumped to conclusion that he didn't want to know about it.
So I take back what I said and hope he accepts my apology.
