Spotted around 8am last Sunday morning (5th Feb). Going southbound on the Hume Highway just before Catherine Hill near Mittagong. "0061EK" plates.

Yep, it's white with a grey roof (not primer from what I could tell). If it lives on Russell's street in good old genteel Bargo, he'll know.
