Hi Guys,
Been kicking around here for a while (formerly VX_SS_II) and have finally got my hands on an EK (thanks AL)!!
She needs some love but is a pretty good starting point... Have many plans to slowly restore over time (staying mostly original) but there's no rush...
She's a Strata Blue Special sedan with original 138, twin carbs and three on the tree.
First attempt posting pics so here goes.....

Haha mate I've missed out on a few and wasn't gonna let it happen to this one (been looking on and off for about 10 years now
)!!
It does look better in the photos than in the flesh but like I say, we'll get her there! In the meantime just don't get too close!

Looks like a connection for a trailer

Yup, if you look closely under the number plate you'll see the tongue of the towbar. It's a bit hard to see because there's no ball fitted to it.

Well I was gonna say it had been modified to run as a hybrid but you ruined that one for me!!
It certainly is a trailer connection and I dare say when we get to the paint and panel stage it will go (tow bar sooner!).
