Interior Trim

Post by parisian62 »

Found this site yesterday in the USA - SMS Auto Fabrics. http://www.smsautofabrics.com/ Anyone had any dealing with them?

On this page they have the 'Random Star' vinyl listed - looks like a match to the headliner in FB EKs. Also listed there is a 'Recessed Star' - looks like what is being used on the repro headliners on sale on ebay.

On this page they have http://www.smsautofabrics.com/blog/ they have listed a new 1950 Holden headliner and a 1971 Holden Statesmen Cloth.

The random star is a better match than the repro you can get in Australia at the moment.

The "50s Holden Headliner" they have listed is a whole other story and was supposed to be an exclusive deal especially as I put down $1000 deposit for the development, 2 years of emails "to and fro" and did all the leg work to get it off the ground, I have a roll of off-white on order (hopefully on it's way now).
That's all I am willing to say on an open forum, if you want my opinion in dealing with them send me a PM
