Can anyone helpout with a workguide or general info on changing a FB Sedan to have a HR Disk Brake Front End to run a Red Motor, and do the Rear Brakes need to be included when this is done.

HR Front End
I am currently going through all this right now.
Some other Parts that may be needed:
EH sump and pickup
9/16 rear brake cylinders (neede for discs)
LH or LX Discs (bolt on swap way better braking)
Master Cylinder (Drum one is different, need a clutch one) or GEt a dual circuit master cylinder.
Brake Booster & extra brakelines.
Bigger radiator (more for piece of mind but you can getaway with a good stock EK one)
Auto or Manual? EH to HKTG? crashbox requires minimal mods and allows standard slave cylinder to bolt up, but I have heard of grey boxs being used.
You need to remove the out-rigger (the part that mounts the front engine mount for the grey motor) from the old crossmember and also the enginge mounts off the HR crossmember (carefully as you will reuse them).
Then swap the EK out-rigger onto the HR one. Easiest way to mount it is to bolt the crossmember in (rare spares sells a new rubber kit for this swap too) and tack the out-rigger on. While the cross member is in setup the engine mounts. Make sure you have adequet clearances, and tack the mounts in place (from memory it is the opposite side of the crossmember to the HR position). Upto you but its easier to weld with it off the car.
Once all thats is done setup brakes and other mods if needed and your done!
If only it was that easy
Well thats a basic guide anyway, other bits you can use are the CRS kit for swapping in a red, which comes with subframe connectors and crossmembers to suit whatever you tell them. Mind you if you are handy with a welder you can make your own...
