I finely opened a box of stuff Ive brought off the net and found it all to be there and couldn't find something wrong with at least one part.
Thanks streetneat (even thou i brought the bits from you that long ago i doubt you remember selling them).
We finely got the doors to fit nicely strange how the openings relaxed a bit while the doors where off for years. Not the little bit we lost during repairs

remove the split pin in each end of the drag link, undo the plug down the tube with a fn big flat screw driver and a series of cups and springs should come out releasing the tie rod end  .

Honestly I lost a little during rust repairs I guess and had to buggirse around abit to get them back on but they wheren't that hard to get on and Im quite happy with the way they fit now. Unless the Ek didnt fit together as well as I thought it did before we took it apart. I like the gaps to be right.
when I say buggerise around in the back right door jam I had to do some more painting as I had to hammer the bottom of the pilleir abit as I wasn't happy with the gap the first time It wasn't much wrong but it wasn't right I must of caused it as I a rust repair there.

thanks ole mate my Dad was 70 he thought he had plenty of years left and there was no hurry . He used to comment there wasn't too many old panel beaters and spray painters . He went and visited his mate the night before he died so he did as he wanted till his very last day don't get old don't get sick the quack told him too piss off the day before he died, he died walking up the ramp leaving Dandenong Hospital.
