3 months ago my neighbour ran into my beautiful ek holden. as i cant aford comprehensive insurance, i only have 3rd party. he hasnt paid his excess, and his insuranc company are refusing to fix my car until he does pay. any ideas??? my car is just sitting there getting rusty.
i am also anyoed as i will need my whole front panel replaced, and it will be a differnent shade to the rest of my car. is there anything i can do?
