sun visor ... help !

hellooo...
picked up a sun visor for the ute... but not sure what it is off... been told fb/ek... :?
it is solid... two brackets onto the roof...
questions...do you need the chrome brackets to mount ?
has anyone got any close up pics of their visor so i can check mounting.. and style ?
any tips on install would be great... cheers.. stu 8)
but what about speed ?

Not too sure :? . If you're talking about the brackets in the middle I'd presume it's to stop the visor from flexing.

yep.. need the top brackets... but question about stainless clips where visor bolts to the a pillar ??

You dont have to have them stu, they are just a decorative cover,
but it would look shit with out them.

i've used them a few times without the trims, it doesn't look that bad especially when not going on a fancy car (flat black, no offence)
sometimes yor just better off shitting in yor hands and clapping

next is what to fix it to the a pillar with and also roof.
read something about nutserts for pillars, what about roof?

I used nutserts on both roof and pillars.

Yeah, Nutserts all round for me too!
Also used them for my roof rack, Speaker panels, Heater bracket.
Work a treat, But the tool cost an arm and leg! :shock:

mmm... enquired about nutserts and tool... been quote $80 for the tool alone... $150+ for tool with assorts nutserts ! :shock:
anyone want to part with a tool for a week or so ? 8)
