Auto Sedan WA

Post by WesternWagon »

G Day All
Picked up an EK sedan today, too good to refuse. Was originally thinking parts, but closer inspection I may put this one back on the road.

Looks like it was done up in the 80’s a bit of bog here and there and some very savoury mig welding in places. Over all its in not bad condition.
It was originally Tuscany Yellow with White roof, Grey trim is not to bad a few small nicks an tares.

Also came with a rotiserie

Plenty of bits and pieces with some Nasco extras. Long term view is de chrome doors and maybe original paint with a grey motor and the original auto, as I now have a few lying around.

Body EK 226AUT – 871
Trim 683-963
Paint 585-0249
Top 585-0246

Steve
steve an educated guess would say it's the yellow/green one that's been on ebay a couple of times lately, i hope it's what WW is after as the first time it was advertised in QLD it was advertised as not registerable burnout car only  second time was a guy that has been on here he's bought a few then sells them he would have only just got the ute then it was back on ebay he also not long ago had the stumpy FB/EK on ebay
nothing wrong with buying/selling just letting steve know which car it prolly is
sometimes yor just better off shitting in yor hands and clapping

Harry / Steve

You are correct it’s the yellow V8 one on E Bay, first time I have seen it on there? There is a picture of it doing a burnout in last months Street Machine mag. I have bought it for some fun with my sons at this stage (burnouts drags). As to the rego possibility I will have a look once it arrives. It has a lot of gear on it that I am after.
Starting to get a few cars now, picked up an FB sedan today in bits it also has some rust that needs repairs but it comes with all the rare spare replacement parts.

Steve I will post the ID plates and some pics when I get home in a couple of weeks (at work)

I am still on the lookout for a registered turn key Ute for a daily driver as I think I have enough on the project front to keep me busy.

Cheers Gazza
