I think this present build is the one you're gonna keep "'till death do you part", Jase.
There's heaps more kustom touches in it this time around..it'll be a 'better' version on the original. 8)

Yeah,Im gonna keep this one,as far as the sideplate a mate of a mate is making one
out of 10mm aluminium plate(as per cardboard template),should be interesting.
I think converting a grey sideplate to a red would be to hard, way to hard.
am still tossing around paint/trim colours(even though its a little way off)
have thought an old holden gold/red trim
or that pretty hq blue/greenish colour, something old 72 or earlier

Are you going to do a laced roof or scallops etc, Jase? :?:
I like the HQ Metallic Turquoise idea..would look flash on that custom! 8) I think Gold has been done too often lately.

thats it,the nice 72 colour,my uncle Jim had one ,he painted them or touched them up in NZ when they had a biggish plant near Petone,Trentham had a &*#@ plant,
had to wait for a new car back then :? nice colour, lace mmmm lace mmmmmmmmmm $*#@ lace, lace is nice
maybe a shadow on the bonnet and boot
who knows? I might like it down the sides old style like one Trev has posted
would look nice on a new car, better than a princess decal

Shit,a massive spanner has been thrown,(in the works)
Ive been waiting to catch it for so long, :x my first house with my wife and kids :P
the ek will be taking a back seat, not unloved for a bit,
Got a place we can afford at Loganlea 1230 sq m block
want a 6x12x2.4 shed Titan ,allowed 10g for the shed
But its a flood block so the council take 1500(flood) + 816(building a shed)
7200 for the kit ,2000 for the concrete,1500 for the lights/power
Im doing all the actual work,(erection, diggin,.screwing)kinda getting a bit exited
Any tips,would be great + o r -
Cheers Jase

lucky bugger (getting a nice big shed), only tip i can give is take your time, and if funds allow put a thicker slab in so if later on you want to put a hoist in the floor will be enough to support it
its a shame about the car taking a back seat, i really like watching this build and can't wait to see it come together with some colour 8)
cheers, luke.

Mate - if council will allow it - go for 3 metre walls on your shed , it doesnt cost a whole lot more and it makes a hell of a lot of difference having an extra 600 mm of height.
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

cheers fellas,Im struggling in the $ department but I want/need as big as I can
else the height would be next on my list along wiht a thicker slab etc...
I cannot go above $12g unless I have no power  .
Ben as far as all the flood searches go Im quite sure its a revenue raiser
its at the top of a rise with a new estate down below :?
Would have/could have made it myself for a lot cheaper,
just couldnt handle the paperwork, shame they make it so hard,
my shed would be stronger than a titan.

Put the deposit on "THE SHED" today, told Rod (nice salesman)That" Im lucky Ive got a Titan",I thought it was slightly hilarious.
Poor buggers probably heard it 100s of times before.
anyway getting it 2.7 high instead of 2.4 for only $400 more, might have to sell some parts
It will be mine ,oh yes it will be mine, 8) 8) 8)
I could go on about all night
