On Thursday I will be flying out to Kapooka NSW to undergo further training for the ADF,
I was doing some research today on the ARTC website and came across some old photos of the Blamey Barracks.
Spotted a few nice fb's, ek's, ej's and some val's too.

Did my training at Kapooka in 1971 national service just a little tip don't hang your greens out to dry overnight they will be frozen in the morning coldest hole Ive been in Say hello to sgt Bamet probable dead by now (some one would have shot him by now ) REAL P***K

I was a bit later, 1985. Yep, coldest place ever. It's physically impossible to get enough layers of cloths on to get warm there, and weren't they all pr#@ks???
