Im looking at a set of HK rims and good hubcabs. Im pretty sure they are the same stud pattern as a FB but will i get into any trouble with the 14' and bigger tred with a std FB drum front end?

They are the same stud pattern.
HK rims have a different offset to HT and HG rims.
As far as I can remember HK rims are fine on a drum brake front end.
