Re: Lots of leaks after replacing rubbers

Cheers guys! Yeah, after I bought it in a very delapitatated state, I drove it home about 50kms and that scared me enough to never drive it again untill I had done the brakes, steering and suspension at least, so a quick tidy fix up turned into a much longer job as always as we all know!
To ...

Got it back in.... I wasn't in the mood for pulling my restored steering wheel off and taking out my gauge cluster again (although the way rosco did it sounds like it would work fine) so I hammered half a dozen big flat bladed screw drivers into the spring which opened it up a bit, hooked the dash ...

EK clutch pedal spring help

Apparently swearing at your clutch return spring (from the dash to top of pedal lever) doesn't make it go back on, nor does the other dozen tricks I have tried, all of which also included swearing, not to mention a sore back from lying on the floor of my wagon plus approximately 10 or so skinned ...

Hey ekturbo, I like your taste in wheels!! I'm running 205x45s all round, gives the same rolling diameter as the orig 13's or near enough to, so keeps it a little lower. Since I'm running commodore discs and stud pattern the commodore offset tucks the wheels in more, esp at the back, there is ...

Mez, I don't know why I didn't think of Jacksons before! They really do have the best selection of everything, went in there to pick out the new vinyl and cloth for the interior a while back now, well, before I decided to just get some mexican blankets. Yup, I know podrodder, I catch up when I can ...

yep, great wheels, excellent quality! no dish change/deep dish for for the rear wheel offset though for you oldschoolers, the spokes are out near the front edge of the rim regardless of the offset, which is the look I was after anyways, saves going narrowed diff too, well, for me with the offset I ...
